We partner with qualified owner-operators using our trailers and shipping logistics to move goods. To ensure customer success and satisfaction, we are very selective about the owner/operators we contract with, verifying operating authority, safety ratings, and insurance coverage.

At Peak Transportation, our dispatchers are available for every step of the process. Our office operates during traditional business hours, but all Peak Transportation dispatchers are issued company smartphones to ensure they are available whenever there is a question or concern about a shipment. We also have on-call dispatchers available every weekend.

We can monitor every aspect of the trailer, which is especially helpful for temperature-controlled loads. All Peak Transportation trailers are equipped with GPS location trackers and full reefer monitoring, including door sensors, reefer operating status, and 2-way remote temperature configurations. We also have on-board geo-fencing to manage arrivals, departures, and trailer dwell times. This information is fed directly into our logistics system, and our dispatchers are available 24/7 for updates or questions about your freight status.
