Peak Transportation has a dispatch and service center in Michigan and has service lanes in the Midwestern United States and beyond. Owner-operators who live near our service lanes are welcome to apply. Our facility in Michigan offers a full-service drivers lounge for your comfort, including showers, washer/dryer, vending machine, photocopier, Wifi, TV lounge with satellite dish, and plenty of coffee.

• Peak Transportation Listed as Additional Insured
• Reefer Breakdown stated on insurance
• Authority/MC Number
• Copy of W-9/Federal ID Number
• Signed Peak Contract
• List of verifiable references
